2024 LEGAL STATEMENT BY US GREEN CARD OFFICE LTD



  • The Diversity Visa Program was created by the Immigration Act of 1990 and signed into law by President George Bush. The program is also known as the Green Card Lottery and is sponsored by the U.S. State Department. Up to 55.000 Green Cards are available via the Diversity Visa Program (DV Lottery) each year.
  • The Diversity Visa Program also known as the Green Card Lottery is implemented by the U.S. State Department in section 203(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
  • All applications must be submitted to the U.S. State Department online within a short and annually pre-defined period of time which typically is early October to November each year. Submissions can only be done online! Applicants should submit their applications as early as possible to avoid missing any deadlines.
  • The U.S. State Department does not charge any fee for the application. A service fee is only payable to US Green Card Office for processing the application. US Green Card Office is not affiliated with the U.S. State Department.
