Utah is located in the southern midwestern region of the United States, bordered by Wyoming to the northeast, Idaho to the north, Colorado to the east, Arizona to the south, and Nevada to the west. It also touches New Mexico at the Four Corners — the only point in the country shared by four states. With a total area of 84,899 square miles, Utah is the 13th largest state in the nation.
